Sample Executive Management Survey

Below are some of the questions that would be included in the Executive Management Survey. There are a total of 32 questions. Some criteria have one question, some have two or three. Once the CME assessment process is started, executive management members will receive an email with a link to a custom survey. As they read through each of the questions they select the option they feels best represents their organization.
